On Friday, 26 October 2018, over 800 high school students from 46 different schools participated in Science Day 2018, sponsored by Halliburton.  They spent the morning visiting the different units of the college, observing and participating in demonstrations and experiments, and interacting with our students and faculty.  This year we had visitors from as far north as Shreveport, as far east as Hammond, as far south as Houma, and as far west as Lake Charles.
