Dr. Anna Paltseva of our school of geosciences, has been named as the recipient of the 2023 Soil Science Education and Extension Award. The Soil Science Society of America presents this award to soil scientists in recognition of outstanding educational contributions through activities such as resident, extension, or industrial education educational achievements in soil science.
Paltseva will receive a $2,000 prize. She will honored at the awards ceremony at the ASA, CSSA, SSSA 2023 International Annual Meeting, Oct 29, 2023 - Nov 3, 2023, in St. Louis, Missouri.
