On Wednesday, 10 September 2025, a group of our early career faculty members met with Dean Azmy Ackleh for our September 2025 early career tenure-track faculty mentoring session. Dean Azmy Ackleh discussed the challenges and opportunities they face as they move forward with their research and teaching roles at UL Lafayette. Many important issues and concerns raised by the faculty were addressed by the dean leading to a fruitful and informative discussion.
