Three college of Sciences students graduated summa cum laude (with highest honors) at the Fall 2022 commencement. In total twelve of the 896 UL Lafayette undergraduate students graduated with highest honors. These students, who have all maintained 4.0 GPAs, represent the second-highest number of summa cum laude graduates for a Fall Commencement ceremony. The three summa cum laude undergraduates from the Ray P. Authement College of Sciences are:

  • Isaac Kulp (mathematics)
  • Ruby Shrestha (computer science)
  • Laurielle Watkins (chemistry)
